MNG Kargo — shipping and delivery tracking
Verimor Telekomünikasyon — SMS notifications
Legal authorities — upon request, within the scope of a legal obligation

No personal data is transferred abroad.

5. Data Retention Periods

Membership and order records: for the term of the contract + 10 years (Turkish Commercial Code)
Invoices and financial documents: 10 years (Turkish Tax Procedure Law)
Log records: 2 years (Law No. 5651)
Cookie consent records: 3 years

6. Your Rights under KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed
To request information about it, if processed
To learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
To know the third parties, domestic or foreign, to whom the data has been transferred
To request correction if the data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
To request deletion or destruction within the framework of Article 7 of KVKK
To object to a result that arises to your detriment through the exclusive analysis of processed data by automated systems
To request compensation for damages you suffer due to unlawful processing

To exercise your rights, you can send an email to info@ercbio.com or use the messaging module within the Platform. Requests are responded to within 30 days at the latest.
